1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The bottle has been opened

  • The seal is broken

  • The product has been used

  • The item was purchased at a discounted/clearance price


3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of wrong or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs


4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for:

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect product

  • Manufacturing defect

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
